We are seeking a talented Payroll Coordinator in Los Angeles to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced entertainment Industry payroll experts and to make a difference to our film and television production clients.

What you will do

  • Work directly with clients to manage payroll processing.
  • Enter payroll data into GreenSlate's payroll processing software while ensuring accuracy. 
  • Perform administrative duties related to the processing of payroll, including verifying employment history, reporting, unemployment processing, filing and detailed record keeping.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related duties as needed.  

Who you are

  • Driven, friendly, approachable attitude 
  • 2-3 years of experience in Payroll OR Production Accounting
  • Experience in the Film/TV industry
  • The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
  • Accurate and acute attention to detail
  • Tenacious, look for the solution not just be task oriented 
  • Assertiveness skills with a strong client focus
  • Someone who loves a challenge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
